Since 1987, Primerica Group One, Inc. and Primerica Developments, Inc. have combined to offer a full spectrum of services to the commercial real estate industry. Initially specializing in the retail sector, our primary focus is on the development and brokerage of credit anchored shopping centers and freestanding single tenant properties.  Recent development activities also include projects in the office, multi-family, and affordable housing sectors.
